Melanie Redd parters with coaches to develop programs for their players, founded in fundamentals and with the unique demands of each sport in mind, Melanie adds value to various sports programs with her expertise in teaching form, function, strength and conditioning.

*Melanie Redd currently works for the Chaminade-Julienne High School Football team as an assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach. Melanie has also partnered with the Chaminade-Julienne Track team as their Mobility, Stability and Dynamic Movement Specialist developing plans to address preventing and caring for the hip and ankle injuries common in the sport of Track and Field.
